Type A1 : Single use (studio or apartment with private kitchen and bathroom)
Type B2 : Private room in apartment with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (apartment with 2 private rooms).
Type B3
: Private room in apartment with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (apartment with 3 private rooms).
Type C2 : Shared room in shared apartment (one living room + one bedroom) to be shared with another person*
Type D2 : Shared studio (two people in one room)
*in the
type the roommates can choose to share the bedroom and the living room, or use both rooms as individual "bedrooms".

Prices
The prices (per person, per month) vary according to the different types of accomodation:
Type A1 : starting from CHF 896.- plus expenses.
Type B2 :
starting from CHF 751.- plus expenses.
Type B3 :
starting from CHF 620.- plus expenses.
Type C2 :
starting from CHF 598.- plus expenses.
Type D2 :
starting from CHF 588.- plus expenses.

- prepaid year (4% discount)
To make a valid reservation, a deposit of CHF 3800.- has to be deposited on our bank account. This amount will be considered as a downpayment on the further payments. If the reservation is subsequently cancelled, no refund of this amount will be awarded.
